Return & Refund

Nawazia Collection values customer satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted, in accordance with standard e‑commerce practices in Pakistan.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or wrong

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or refund.

2. Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are non‑returnable:

  • Used or washed bedsheets

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Orders placed with incorrect size, design, or color selected by the customer

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  2. Share your order number and clear pictures/video of the issue

  3. Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made through bank transfer

Shipping charges are non‑refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect items

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • Replacement will be dispatched after receiving the returned item

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (damaged or wrong item), return shipping will be covered by Nawazia Collection

  • If the return is due to customer preference, shipping costs will be borne by the customer

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
